  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Using a mixer, mix together cream cheese and 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
  3. Add 1 cup light brown sugar and 1/2 cup regular sugar and beat until fluffy but smooth.
  4. Add 1 egg at a time and beat until combined. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides.
  5. Add vanilla extract. Beat in.
  6. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, corn starch and salt.
