  1. Take 5 cup rice,1 and 1/2 cup chana dal

  1. 5 cup rice,1&1/2 cup chana dal,1&1/2 cup urad dal.mix and add water leave it for 6 hours.
  2. After 6 hours drain the water and grind with yogur
  3. When better is ready add 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds and 1/4 cup chana dal and leave it for over night.
  4. Next day add ginger,garlic and chili paste for your taste and add salt for your taste
  5. Take some better and add 1tbsp oil,1/2 tsp enno and mix well and put it in plate for steam 10 min.
  6. Sprinkled red chili powder and steamed 10 min.
  7. Cut them and take big pan add 3 tbsp oil,red chili, mustard seed, hing.
  8. When mustard seed cracked then add hing and add cut dhokla.
