Get 1 cup Red Rice flour
Make ready Approximately 1 1/4 cup ghee

In a bowl make dough using rice flour, 2or 3 tsp ghee and water.
Dough should be semi soft.
Now in a pan heat ghee.
Make equal size muthais(balls) from the dough
Fry these muthais in the ghee in a medium flame.
Fry them till light brown in colour
Off the flame
Crush the balls with ur hand or in a mixer jar.
It should be not very powdered.
Crush it little in a churma form.
In a pan heat the remained ghee in which bhi fried the muthais
Add crushed peppercorns.
Now add the churma and stir it continuously till it is perfectly roasted.
Now add sugar and mix it well.
Add cardamom powder in it and mix.
Add 2- 3 spoons of Milk and mix well.
Churma is ready to serve.
Serve the churma with roasted Papad.When it cools and is dried up heat it using little milk before serving.
