Saute the vegetables using olive oil until it a bit soft,seasoned it with salt and pepper, mix it with the tuna, sauted it until all mixed well, put it in a bowl
In the same pan, pour a bit of olive oil, heat it and make scramble egg, before it done put in the previous veggie and tuna, stir it until it nicely mix, then pour the japanese soy sauce and chilli flake, stir it
Put in the rice and stir it until all mixed, pour 1 teaspoon of sweet soy suce, and stir it until all mixed and coated nice and evenly, you can put more seasoning if you feel it not enough taste
You can serve it with dried chopped seaweed and sprinkle it with a bit of sesame seed or you can make sunny side up egg and eat it with it.
