  1. First take cook rice add heavy bottom add water boil add turmeric salt & rice mix cook 25 minute.
  2. Pan add in oil cumin seeds & mustard seeds curry leaves & yellow chana dal,peanuts, urad dal dry red chillies mix it well saut till the all the golden light brown add onion cook 5 minute. Add red chilli powder corinder powder Kasturi methi mix it well.
  3. Still immediately pour this tempering mixture on the rice.add lemon juice mix well cook for low flame 5 minute. Ready lemon rice serve with coconut chutney..
