  1. Take 1 cup cooked leftover rice
  2. Prepare Handful peanuts
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  4. Prepare 5-6 curry leaves

  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 1-2 tbsp pulliyogre masala
  9. Take 1 tsp Ghee
Instructions to make Pulliyogre Rice:
  1. Take a wok and add ghee - Add mustard seeds
  2. Add curry leaves - When it splutters add chopped onions and sauté
  3. Add some peanuts and saute fr 1 minute. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and stir - Add pulliyogre masala - Stir it. You can add little sat if cooked rice is plain.
  4. Add leftover cooked rice - Mix gently. - Stir for 2-3 minutes so that rice gets coated well with all the masala
  5. Serve hot with raita if your choice
