Soak urad dal, rice, methi for 4 to 5 hours. And then add poha and make thin and smooth paste.
Take a nonstick pan heat medium flame spread dosa batter put some oil and spread chutney and potato masala and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Take a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and heat oil in medium flame add mustard seeds, urad, dal, salt, turmeric and saute well and add boiled potatoes and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Take a pan heat oil 1 tablespoon spoon add onion, garlic, dry red chilli, salt and saute well and take rest to cool mixture after grind well
