  1. We begin making the Kerala Style Banana Dosa Recipe by heating jaggery with ¼ cup water into a saucepan till it dissolves. - - Mash the bananas into a bowl, add all the other ingredients including the jaggery syrup and add 1 cup water and mix well to form a thick dosa batter.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with ghee and pour a ladle on the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on either side and flip it over. Do the rest to remaining batter in the same manner.
