Hello everybody, it’s John, welcome to our recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, rice dosa. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I am going to make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Rice Dosa is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Rice Dosa is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have rice dosa using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Rice Dosa:
  1. Prepare 2 cups Rice
  2. Take 1/2 cup urad dal
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp chana dal
  4. Take 1 tsp methi Dana/ fenugreek seeds
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup poha
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp grated paneer
  7. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  9. Make ready as required Oil/ghee/butter for greasing
  10. Make ready as required Water
Instructions to make Rice Dosa:
  1. Take a bowl add rice, urad dal,chana dal, fenugreek seeds mix and wash with 3-4 times. Soak in water for 4 hours, cover with lid. Keep aside.
  2. Drain out water and take a mixer jar add soaked dal and poha, mix well. Make fine batter for make fine paste add water as per required for nice consistency. Pour dosa batter in a bowl. Add salt, cover with lid & wrap wollen cloth. Now for fermentation keep in warm place for 8 hours.
  3. Now pour the batter in a bowl. Check it consistency, add little water if required.
  4. Heat a non stick Dosa Tava on high heat. Sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth. Pour a spoonful of dosa batter and spread evenly with ladle to make dosa. Cook it on a medium heat. Pour some drops of oil/ghee/butter on the top and sides.
  5. When it's cooked from one side,flip it and cook it from another side too. Now for garnishing, sprinkle with grated paneer and black pepper powder over the RICE DOSA.
  6. Serve delicious RICE DOSA with sambhar and coconut chutney. Enjoy!!
