  1. Make ready 2 cup rice (soaked)
  2. Take 3/4 cup urad dal
  3. Prepare 2 tsp methi

  1. Soak the rice,methi & urad dal seperately for 4-5 hours.
  2. After grind it in wet grinder one by one so that it become fluffy.
  3. Keeo overnight for fermentation.
  4. Take a bowl add dosa batter and add some water with salt & keep aside.
  5. Now take a non stick fry pan and put 1 tsp dosa batter and spread dosa batter round.
  6. Add ghee turn upside down.
  7. Dosa is ready and serve with sambhar and ketchup.
