Take 1 cup Ragi flour
Take 3/4 cup Sooji / semolina

Take all the ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl, except for oil, and mix well, making sure there are no lumps.
Add water to adjust the consistency. The consistency must be thinner than the regular dosa batter. Only then we will get thin and crispy dosas.
Let the batter rest for 15 mins.
Heat a dosa pan. Mix the batter well. Take a ladle full of batter and start pouring the batter from edges and then move towards the center. Apply oil at the edges.
Cook the dosa on high heat. After 30 secs flip it and let it cook for another 10-15 secs.
At this stage if you feel that the dosa is little thick, you can add more water to the batter, mix well and continue making the rest of the dosas.
Serve hot with some spicy chutney.
