Uttapam is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Uttapam is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook uttapam using 5 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Uttapam:
  1. Make ready Readymade dosa batter
  2. Take to taste Salt
  3. Prepare pich white pepper and hing
  4. Take as needed Veggies (carrot, beans, onion, tomatoes, pomegranate, and spring onion)
  5. Make ready oil as required
Instructions to make Uttapam:
  1. Takeout dosa batter from fridge 1 hour before cooking uttapam or dosa. Take it out in bowl and whisk it. Add water and pinch of salt to it.
  2. For flavor i add white pepper powder and hing(asafoetida).
  3. Cut carrots, beans, beetroot, onions, tomatoes, green onions (optional), and pomegranate.
  4. Heat a pan (tawa). Dont over heat else it will get stick to tawa.
  5. Take uttapam batter in ladle and start spreading on tawa clockwise. After doing it Sprinkle oil to side of the uttapam, dont make it thin like dosa just spread it little thick.
  6. Now add veggies over the uttapam and put a lid on it. Let it get cooked. Let all the veggies cook with the uttapam steam.
  7. Serve it hot with coconut chutney. Healthy nutritious uttapam is ready to eat. Enjoy
