  1. Soak raw rice and fenugreek seeds in water for 2 hours.
  2. In another bowl soak aval and curd for 2 hours.
  3. After an hour grind aval and soaked rice together.
  4. Add little water and salt to taste. Once the batter is grounded well,let it rest for 1 hour (make smooth paste).
  5. Heat a pan, pour the batter in the center. Add oil on the sides.
  6. Close the Pan and let it cook.
  7. Flip the dosa and you can cook the other side if you want.
  8. Similarly make the rest of aval dosas. - Serve hot with chutney or any gravy.
