Soak moong dal and methi seeds in water for about 5-6 hours
Crush the soaked mixture until smooth. Add water little by little to get the smooth texture and spreadable consistency
In the mixture, add crushed oats powder and all the remaining ingredients
For the filling, heat oil and saute the onions
Add the remaining veggies and cook for a minute or until almost cooked
Next, add the paneer and give it a good mix
Add the schezwan sauce and ketchup and remaining spices.
To make chillas, heat a nonstick pan.
When the pan is hot enough, drizzle a tsp of oil and spread the chilla batter. The chillas should be thin, so spread accordingly.
Cook the chilla on medium flame. Drizzle some drops of oil on the sides and on top.
The chilla should be able to come off easily when it’s done.
Spread 3-4 spoons of the filling and fold. The chillas are ready to serve.
