  1. Make ready 1/4 cup jowar(sorghum) aata
  2. Get as per taste Salt
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  5. Prepare as required Finely chopped vegetables, coriander, green chilies, onion
Steps to make Jowar Dosa:
  1. Take a mixing bowl. Add 1/4cup jowar - aata.
  2. Add salt, as per taste. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.(jeera)
  3. Add 1 cup water gradually nd mix it well.
  4. Add some chopped vegetables. Mix it and make runny batter.
  5. Heat up the pan, keep it on high heat. Add a drop of oil nd wipe with tissue.
  6. Stir the batter nd pour it on pan. Drizzle some oil. Cook it on high heat.
  7. Flip when it turns golden brown (or remove it without flipping)
  8. Make more dosas with same procedure.
