  1. Prepare 2 bowls rice
  2. Get 1 bowl urad dal
  3. Make ready 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

  5. Prepare For preparing noodles :
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  7. Make ready 1 chopped onion
  8. Prepare 1 chopped carrot
  9. Prepare 1 chopped capsicum
  10. Take 1/2 bowl chopped cabbage
  11. Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
  12. Make ready 1 tsp schezwan sauce
  13. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  14. Prepare As Per Taste Salt
  15. Take 1 bowl cooked noodles
Steps to make Spring dosa:
  1. For preparing noodles: heat oil in a pan & add chopped onions and saute it.
  2. Also add chopped carrots, capsicum, and cabbage and saute it for a minute. Additionally add salt, schezwan sauce, soya sauce & vinegar.
  3. Further, add cooked noodles & mix gently. & keep aside for cooling down.
  4. For preparing dosa batter: take a big vessel and add rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds soak it properly & soak for 8 hours.
  5. After that rinse water and transfer to mixer jar and blend it smooth batter. And keep aside for fermentation process(almost 7-8 hours).
  6. For preparing spring dosa: pour a ladleful of dosa batter spread it in a circular motion on a heated nonstick pan.
  7. Add butter and prepared noodles at one side & cook till the bottom of the dosa turns golden brown and roll it.
  8. Now, spring dosa is ready to enjoy it with tomato sauce, sambhar, or coconut chutney.
