Steps to make WholeMoongDal Dosa:
Wash & soak the whole moong dal overnight.In the morning griend the moong,ginger& greenchilli to make a paste.
To boiled the potato, peeled & cut them small pieces.Heat a pan add 2tsp oil put cuminseeds, ginger& greenchilli crackle for a while.Than add chopped onion sauted till it's transparent.add all spices mix it well & sauted 10 second.
Now add potato & salt mix it well & cooked another mints,add curry leaves.Off the flame transfer a plate.Mix the salt with moong batter.Heat a dosa tawa greased oil clean with kitchen towel,than put 1laddleful batter spread it as thin as possible.On the side add 1 spoonoil.Cooked till its becomes crispy.Flip it 2-3 seconds
Transfer a plate spread tomato sauce than stuff the potato mixture fold it & serve it with chutney & sambhar.
