Hey everyone, I hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, veg uttapam. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Veg Uttapam is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Veg Uttapam is something that I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have veg uttapam using 7 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Veg Uttapam:
  1. Take 1 ladle of Dosa batter enough to make about 6-7 inches Uttapam
  2. Get 1-2 tbsp Onion Chopped
  3. Make ready 1 Tbsp Cilantro/ Dhania Patta chopped
  4. Prepare 1 Green Chilli chopped
  5. Take 3-4 Cherry Tomatoes sliced
  6. Take 1/8 Tsp Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Veg oil
Instructions to make Veg Uttapam:
  1. Heat a Dosa making tawa. Mix the onion, cilantro, chilli and salt and keep aside. Don't mix the cherry tomato slices now (If you are using chopped tomatoes mix it along with onion).
  2. When the tawa is heated enough pour the dosa batter but keep it thick. Immediately spread the veggies on top of it while still wet. Drizzle / apply oil, cover and cook. Once it sets flip it upside down,
  3. Cover and cook, once again flip it, cook it until the Uttapam is well cooked inside too. Enjoy with Chutney! - (see recipe)
