The ingredients needed to make Ragi dosa:
  1. Make ready 1 cup ragi powder
  2. Get 1 cup Leftover dosa or appam batter
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup rice powder
  4. Get 1/2 cup sooji
  5. Make ready as required chilli and ginger paste
  6. Get 1 Chopped onions
  7. Make ready as required Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions to make Ragi dosa:
  1. Mix ragi to the left over batter. Add rice powder and sooji. Add water. Add salt. Should be watery consistency. Add chilli ginger paste. Add onions mix well
  2. Leave for 15min. Then heat the pan and pour the batter. Keep the flame low for few min. Apply oil around. Then increase the flame. Once it is brown flip it n heat for few mins till dosa is done. Do not spread the batter. - Serve with any chutney.
