  1. Get 1 cup Ragi flour
  2. Get 1/4 cup sooji
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp rice flour

Instructions to make Ragi Dosa:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a big bowl.
  2. Make a runny batter & keep it for 10mins.
  3. After 10mins check the batter. add more water if required & mix well.
  4. Heat a tawa… wipe it with some oil. Spread batter on hot tawa & drizzle oil on the sides.
  5. Flip & cook from both sides.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
