Take 5 methi Dana
Get 1 spoon haldi powder
Take 1 spoon red Chilli powder
Take 2 spoon Everest Sambar masala powder
Prepare 3 spoon oil
Take as per taste Salt
Steps to make Butter Masala dosa with Potato sabji & Sambar:
For potato bhaji - First boil & mashed potatoes - Cut onion & grate green Chilli & ginger & cut coriander
Take oil in pan add mustard seeds then add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, onion & grated green Chilli & ginger paste - Then add salt & haldi powder - Then add mashed potatoes & coriander & stir it properly.
Close the lid of pan & remain it for 10 minutes. - Now your sabji is ready take it in a bowl
Now for Sambar - First cut onion & tomato, grate ginger, chop coriander, take curry leaves. - Take boil dal & take little tamarind in bowl & add water in it.
Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, then cumin seeds, red Chilli, methi Dana, curry leaves. - Add onion & when they are translucent add tomato
Then add spices & stir it properly then add tamarind pulp & jaggery & Then add cook dal & coriander & Then stir it properly
Now add enough water & boil the Sambar for 15 to 20 minutes - Now your Sambar is ready to serve
For butter dosa - Take batter & add salt as per taste - Take non-stick tawa & pour one spoon batter & make round dosa - & after it is dry on upper side add butter to it - Like this make all crispy butter dosas
