Steps to make Masala Dosa:
Soak rice and dal separately for 6 to 7 hours. Add fenugreek seeds. Soak flattened rice for 15 minutes before blending. Blend it to a fine paste.
Ferment it overnight or 6/7 hours. Chop potatoes and onion. heat pan adds oil once hot add mustard seeds, chilies, onions. Saute now add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt cook for five minutes. Masala is ready.
In a mixer, jar adds coconut, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, lemon juice salt.blend chutney is ready. Now heat dosa tawa, add little oil. Adjust the consistency of the batter with water. Now spread dosa batter on tawa. cook well. Serve hot with masala and chutney.
