  2. Remove skin ny rubbing the peanuts with hands.Strain.
  3. Now dry roast orher ingredients on low flame for 2-3minutes.
  4. Put all the ingredients in agrinder.Grind for 1 minute.
  5. Add 1/4cup water and grind again to a smooth paste.Take out.Add lemon juice.
  6. For tempering,heat oil in a tadka pan.Add all the ingredients of tempering and fry on low flame for 1 minute.
  7. Pour over chutney,and mix.
  8. Peanut chutney is ready to serve.Serve with dosa/idli.
