Instructions to make Schezwan Idli and Dosa:
  1. For Idli- - Take idli batter add salt and wait for 5-7 minutes. Grease the Idli mould and fill the half mould then pour the schezwan sauce in the middle and again cover it with the batter and steam it for 12-14 minutes. Your schezwan idli is ready. Cut into half and enjoy with coconut chutney.
  2. For Dosa- - Take one non-stick pan grease with oil and wipe it with tissue. Spread the batter with the help of ladder and make dosa. Spread schezwan sauce and cook it with some oil. Your schezwan dosa is ready.
