Hello everybody, it’s Jim, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a distinctive dish, dosa. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Dosa is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look wonderful. Dosa is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have dosa using 9 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Dosa:
  1. Make ready 3 cups patni rice
  2. Make ready 1 cup white urad dal
  3. Make ready 3/4 cup cooked rice
  4. Prepare 1 Cup grated coconut
  5. Prepare 1/4 capsicum
  6. Prepare as per taste Salt
  7. Get 1 small onion
  8. Prepare 3 green chilli
  9. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves
Instructions to make Dosa:
  1. Soaking and making batter - 1. Wash rice and dal together and soak it in water for 5 to 6 hours - 2. Grind the rice and dal in a mixute and make smooth paste - 3. Note : Dosa batter should be little smooth - 4. Grind cooked rice and make smooth paste - 5. Add same to batter and mix batter with hand for 4 to 5 mins, add little water if need be - 6. Let it ferment for 8 hours
  2. Making dosa - 1. See your batter is now perfectly fermented, it must have raised from its original position - 2. Add 2 spoon salt or salt as per taste - 3. Mix batter properly - 4. Add 1 cup of water and make batter little flowly
  3. Making Dosa - 1. Put Dosa tawa on gas on high flame - 2. Let tawa heat properly - 3. Brush oil on hot tawa - 4. Sprinkle water on it, water gets evaporated within seconds which means tawa is properly heated and by this method tawa becomes nonstick for sometime, now doda will not stick on tawa
    1. Put ladder full of batter on Tawa and rotate it in one direction to make one big round - 7.sprinkle few drops of oil on upper side of dosa..this is optional - 8. Dosa will start leaving sides from tawa - 9. Just remove it and place it on serving plate - 10. Serve it with Green Chutney
  4. Make Chuntey - 1. Put grated coconut, capsicum, Salt as per taste, small piece of onion, green chillies, coriander leaves in a mixture jar - 2. Grind it to smooth paste and chutney is ready
