Take 4 garlic cloves
Get 6-7 curry leaves
Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli
Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
Prepare 1 tsp coriander seeds
Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions to make Cheese Dosa:
Firstly take a mixer jug - Add soaked dal and rice in jug - Now add 2 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli and ginger salt as required - Blend in mixer and make a smooth paste
For stuffing - take a bowl add mashed cheese, chopped onions,chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, chopped capsicum,green chillies and dry mango powder, salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup and mix it well
For masala - take a mixer jug Now add 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1tsp cumin seeds, kashmiri red chilli powder, curry leaves, little bit salt and lemon juice - And little bit water for grinding - Grind in mixer grinder as well and make a smooth paste
Now heat a Tawa when Tawa becomes hot, spread half tsp oil all over the tawa, keep the flame to medium
Now take a ladle full of the batter. Pour the dosa batter and gently spread the batter starting from the center and moving outwards. - Cook the dosa on low to medium flame. - Now sprinkle oil with spoon on the edges and center
Now take spoon full of masala and gently spread on dosa
Now take 2 spoon full of stuffing and spread over dosa
Cook till the base becomes nicely golden and the top of the cheese dosa is also cooked.
Then lift the cheese dosa and fold a part of one side. Overlap the second part.
Dosa is ready serve hot dosa with sambhar or coconut chutney according to your taste
