The ingredients needed to make Neer Dosa:
Prepare 1 cup Raw Rice
Prepare 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
Take 2 1/2 cups water
Make ready as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Neer Dosa:
Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 5 hours.
Then take the grated coconut and keep it ready for grinding
After the rice is soaked put it in a mixer jar and grind it along with the coconut to a smooth paste, by adding little by little water as per requirement.
Next transfer the rice and coconut batter to a big vessel
Then add salt and the 2 & 1/2 cups of water and mix everything carefully. Bring it to a thin watery consistency.
Then close it and keep it aside for 10 minutes or can be made instantly also.
Heat a non-stick pan and the when hot pour a ladle full of the thin rice batter and let it cook covered on low to medium flame for a minute
When it’s cooked remove the dosa carefully on a plate and then repeat the same procedure for the remaining dosas.
Serve hot immediately with chutney,Sambhar or with molgapodi as I did here
