The ingredients needed to make Neer dosa:
  1. Get 2 cups Any white rice (soaked for at least 5 hrs)
  2. Prepare As required Water for grinding
  3. Get 1 half Coconut
  4. Make ready 1 tspn Jeera
  5. Make ready as required Oil for greasing on tawa
  6. Get as per taste Salt
Steps to make Neer dosa:
  1. Rinse & soak the rice for at least 5 hours.
  2. Grind the rice, jeera, and coconut in a food processor or mixer-grinder using little water at a time. Grind to a very smooth paste
  3. Transfer the batter to a bowl, add salt and additional 1 cup of water to adjust the consistency. After adding water, the batter should resemble milk.
  4. Heat an iron tawa, grease oil. Pour the batter using a ladle. Unlike the plain dosa, you cannot spread this batter with the back of your ladle.. it'll spread on its own.
  5. Drizzle some oil cover with a lid and cook for a minute. Flip it over and cook.
  6. Yes!! Super soft neer dosa is ready. Serve it chutney or daal.
