The ingredients needed to make Neer dosa:
  1. Make ready For preparing dosa batter :
  2. Prepare 1 cup rice
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup grated coconut
  4. Prepare 1 cup water
  5. Get 1-2 cup extra water for watery consistency or as required
  6. Take 1 tbsp salt
  7. Make ready as required Oil
Instructions to make Neer dosa:
  1. Firstly, take a big vessel & add rice. Wash and soak the rice for 5-6 hours.
  2. Drain off the water and transfer to mixture blender. Also add grated coconut, 1 cup water and blend the smooth pate.
  3. Further, add salt and extra water (1 cup). And mix well. Make sure that consistency of batter is very thin like water.
  4. Now, heat a tawa pour the batter over it. And cook it for 1 minute on medium flame.
  5. Make sure that do not overcook the dosa from both the side.
  6. Fold the dosa and Serve the dosa with coconut chutney, sambhar or mint chutney. Enjoy.
