  2. Take 1 cup grated coconut

  1. Soak rice for 5 to 6 hours. I soaked overnight. The next day morning drain out water. Grate coconut.
  2. Grind both coconut and rice to a fine batter. Add water. It should look like coconut milk consistency.
  3. No need for fermentation. Add salt n sugar. Take a pan to apply oil. Add 2 ladleful of batter and spread it. Hold the handle of the pan and swirl it so the batter will spread evenly. Add 1tsp ghee around. Cover and cook. Medium flame. Once done flip and cook.
