The ingredients needed to make Neer Dosa:
  1. Make ready 1 cup sona masuri rice
  2. Prepare 2 cup water
  3. Prepare as per taste Salt
  4. Take as needed Oil to make dosa
Steps to make Neer Dosa:
  1. Soak the sona masuri rice for 5-6 hours. Drain the soaked rice and transfer to a grinder jar.
  2. Add just required amount of water to grind soaked rice to a fine and smooth batter.
  3. Transfer the batter to a bowl. Add water to get a watery like flowing consistency batter. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Heat a pan, grease with 1/2 tsp oil. Stir the batter and take a ladle full of the batter.
  5. Pour the batter from outward to inside and fill the gaps.
  6. Cover the dosa and cook till done. Don't flip the dosas. - - Fold the dosas in triangle and serve with chutney and curry.
