The ingredients needed to make Neer Dosa:
  1. Make ready 1 cup rice (any),
  2. Prepare 1 cup freshly grated coconut (black part removed),
  3. Make ready as per taste Salt
  4. Get as needed Oil for frying,
Instructions to make Neer Dosa:
  1. Wash rice, soak in water for 4 hours. Strain it, keep aside.
  2. Take a grinder jar, add rice & coconut, add very lil water. Grind it to a fine paste.
  3. Take out in a bowl, add salt & 2 cup water, mix it well.
  4. We need a thin batter, so you can add more water if required.
  5. Now take a non-stick tawa, heat it. Add 1 tsp oil, spread it evenly all around with a tissue.
  6. Add 2 ladle of batter over it, spread it all over.
  7. Moderate the heat, add oil on the edges.
  8. Cook it till dosa starts browning & separating from the corners. Start folding it.
  9. Take out in a dish. Serve it with coconut chutney.
  10. This is a very healthy, light dish.
