Steps to make lebanese cream pudding:
  1. In a dessert dish, make a layer of bread rusk and pour half of the sugar syrup all over.
  2. Sprinkle some pistachios on top and make another layer of bread rusk and pour the remaining sugar syrup over it. Top it with pistachios and keep it ready.
  3. In a heavy bottom pan, combine together milk and corn flour without forming lumps.
  4. Add condensed milk, fresh cream and sugar to this and mix well.
  5. Boil this mixture over medium flame stirring continuously.
  6. Reduce the flame and cook till thick.
  7. Add orange blossom water and rose water to this and combine well.
  8. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes and remove from flame. - Pour this mixture evenly over the bread rusk layer.
  9. Decorate it with pistachios and let it set it in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours. - Lebanese Cream Pudding is ready to be served.
