Sieve the plain flour/medium protein flour into the large bowl and mix the previous ingredients well using a spatula and not mixer. Try to create a round shape dough and keep it refrigerated for 30 mins
In a separate cup, pour 200ml of boiling water with 100g caster sugar and stir it well till dissolved
In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs together and beat it and add 100ml water and the cup of boiling water with caster sugar
Then mix custard powder with 2 tsp of water in a separate bowl.
Add vanilla essence into step 6 bowl and mix it well
And sieves the ingredients in step 8 into a bowl
After 30 mins, take out the dough and try to take a small lump of dough and placed it on the egg tart Molds. - Remember to prick some hold in the molds using fork.
Finally pour the filling until the molds and bake it at 160 degree Celsius for 25 mins and put a few drip custard powder prepared earlier into the egg tart pastry. The oven should be preheat at 180 degree Celsius for 15 mins.
Once down, shut down the oven and leave the egg tarts in the oven and let it cool down and fillings to turn solid. Enjoy!
