  1. Get 4 Green bell peppers
  2. Prepare 1/2 Onion
  3. Get 80 grams~(to taste) Corn kernels
  4. Take 200 grams Ground meat
  5. Get 1 tbsp Sake
  6. Take 1 tsp of each Curry powder, sugar, soy sauce
  7. Get 1 tsp dissolved in 2 teaspoons water Katakuriko slurry
  8. Prepare 1 Salt and pepper
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp ✿Grated ginger (refer to step 6)
Instructions to make Green Pepper and Corn Curry Stir-Fry:
  1. Cut the onions and green peppers into 1cm pieces.
  2. Fry ground meat in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the onions once the meat has browned, and sauté.
  3. Once the meat has browned as shown above, add the green peppers and stir-fry.
  4. Toss in the corn and mix together as shown above. Add the sake and turn the heat up to high for about 3 seconds to evaporate the alcohol, turn it back down to medium, and mix together thoroughly.
  5. Add sugar and curry powder and stir, then add soy sauce and stir again. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. You can get a slightly deeper flavor if you add the ✿ginger in step 5 (to taste).
  7. Turn off the heat momentarily, and mix in the water-dissolved katakuriko. Mix together over low heat until it thickens, and you are done.
  8. Serve onto plates and enjoy. It goes well with rice.
  9. I cut up celery into equal-sized chunks and fried it up. This makes celery easy to eat even for those of you who don't like it.
