  1. Get 2 cups Shredded Cabbage (half of a big cabbage)
  2. Take 1 cup Green peas
  3. Prepare 150 gm Paneer

  6. Take 1 tsp grated ginger
  7. Get 2 tbsp oil
  8. Get 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  15. Make ready 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Steps to make Cabbage Mutter Paneer:
  1. Cut the paneer to 1/2" pieces. Coat them with a tsp of oil and grill them for 8 minutes. Alternately you can deep fry or shallow fry them in oil. I prefer to grill it to keep it healthy.
  2. Wash clean and chop the cabbage small. Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, when it splutters add haldi, hing, ginger paste and onions.
  3. Add the mutter and cook it covered for 2 minutes. The mutter will start popping. Then add the cabbage and mix well.
  4. Add garam masala powder, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook it closed for 10 minutes mixing in between.
  5. Add the grilled paneer and and half cup water. Again cook it covered for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is cooked and absorbs all the aroma.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve 😋
