Make ready 500 gms green peas
Prepare 1 cup grated coconut
Prepare 2 medium sized onions
Take 1 inch ginger
Get 7/8 green chillies
Make ready 1 tspoon lemon juice
Take 1/2 tspoon turmeric powder
Make ready 1 tspoon salt
Make ready 2 tbspoon oil
Take 1/2 tspoon sugar
Make ready Oil for frying
Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
Get 1/2 cup gram flour
Prepare 1/2 cup semolina
Get 2 tbspoon oil as moyan
Steps to make Mutter gujiya:
Coarsely blend green peas in mixer jar along with ginger and green chillies. In bowl take wheat flour,semolina and gram flour.heat oil for moyan and pour on flour.add turmeric powder and salt.mix well and make semi soft dough.divide in small portions.
Heat Pan add oil.once hot add chopped onion,saute.add mixture of green peas.saute and add turmeric powder, salt and sugar.put lemon juice to it mix well.cook for five minutes.let it cool
Roll out puri and stuff green peas mixture.fold and make gujiya.heat oil in kadai and deep fry till golden brown.serve hot with tomato sauce.
You can serve with green chutney also
