  1. Wash and soak rice.
  2. Boil water in a vessel and cook rice till 75% cook.
  3. Par boil carrot and peas.
  4. Heat oil in pan deep fry onions.
  5. Deep fry Paneer and capsicum keep aside.
  6. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds crackle it adds cinnamon elaichi black pepper star anise ginger garlic paste saute it add tomatoes.
  7. Cook till tomatoes cooked properly add salt red chili powder turmeric powder coriander powder.
  8. Add mutter carrots Paneer capsicum mix properly and cook add fried onions Biryani masala and cook.
  9. Now assemble take half rice in the bottom layer add fried onions mint leaves and one portion of Sabzi.
  10. The second layer of rice and again fried onions mint and Sabzi add little ghee and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  11. Serve with raita papad or pickle
