The ingredients needed to make Mutter Paneer:
  1. Make ready 2 Onions
  2. Make ready 5 to 6 Garlic cloves
  3. Get 2 Tomatoes, roughly chopped
  4. Prepare 1 Green Cardamom
  5. Take 2 tsp kitchen king Masala
  6. Get 2 tsp Red chili powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander powder
  9. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Take 2 Red chillies dry
  11. Take 1 medium sized ginger
  12. Get 4 tbsp fresh cream
  13. Take 2 pinches Asafoetida
  14. Take 1/2 tsp sugar
  15. Prepare as per taste Salt
  16. Make ready 2 tsp roasted Kasuri methi
  17. Prepare 1 and 1/2 Cup water
  18. Get 250 gms Paneer Cubes
  19. Get 1 Cup green peas (used frozen one)
  20. Get 1/2 bowl Refined oil
  21. Take 5 to 6 Cashewnuts
Steps to make Mutter Paneer:
  1. First prepare masala. Take a mixer grinder and put all ingredients like onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, dry red chilli and make a fine paste.
  2. Now turn on the gas flame and place a kadhai. Pour 3 tablespoons of refined oil, wait the oil to heat then add paneer cubes and fry it for 3 to 4 mins till it change it's colour to golden brown. Transfer it to a plate.
  3. Now add more oil to the kadhai and pour there green cardamom and the prepared paste, saute if for 5 mins in medium flame.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook it for 10 mins. Till all it's raw smell goes. Now add salt to it and add paneer cubed to it and add water for the gravy and also add green peas.
  5. Cook it for 10 mins in low and medium flame and also cover the lid.
  6. Now add kitchen king masala and stir it for 1 sec. Now again take a mixer grinder and grind fresh cream, sugar, cashew. Make a super fine paste. Add it in the gravy and cook for 5 more mins in slow flame. Stir it continuously.
  7. Now add deshi Ghee, hing and at last add Kasuri methi and cook it for another 2 mins in slow flame. Then serve it with roti, naan, rice and e.t.c.
