  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp Shahi garam masala
  19. Take 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
  20. Take 1 pinch orange red food colour (optional)
  21. Get 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  22. Prepare To taste salt
  23. Prepare 1 pinch sugar(optional)
Instructions to make Spicy mutter paneer:
  1. Heat oil in a wok and fry chopped onion golden brown.Add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and little salt.Fry well and set aside to cool.Make a paste of fried onion and cashewnuts. Heat ghee and oil and sprinkle half crushed black peppercorns and cardamoms.Sprinkle ajwain.Add the masala paste and rest of the masalas and fresh cream.Add salt and sugar to taste.
  2. Now add the green peas and toss well.Add crushed kasoori methi and little water and boil till peas r done.Add cubed paneer and toss all.Boil for 5 minutes and add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.Serve with tandoori roti or butter naan or jeera rice.
