  18. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cream
  19. Get 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  20. Get 1 Tablespoon Dry fenugreek leaves
  21. Take 2 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander (to Garnish)

Steps to make Paneer Mutter:
  1. Arrange all ingredients together for quick and methodical preparation.
  2. Add Onion, garlic cloves almonds and blend with 200 ml hot water untill it turns smooth.
  3. Heat Oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and after they crackle add bay leaves and black cardamoms, once they sizzle add smooth mixture of Step #2.
  4. Add cinnamon, turmeric powder, chilli powder, green cardamoms, coriander powder and 5 spice powder. Stir and cook for 10 minutes in low medium heat, keep stirring till oil starts coming from edges and paste is formed at centre.
  5. Add Tomatoes puree and salt, mix well and keep it separately allowing it to cool down.
  6. Heat paneer in pan till other end mixture cools down completely.then pour it in blender and blend till mixture becomes soft and smooth and pour it back in kadai.
  7. Add 400 ml of hot water, stir it well and cover it with lid to avoid spluttering for 15 minutes.
  8. Now add paneer cubes and cook after mixing for 10 minutes.
  9. Now add green peas along with spreading evenly Garam Masala powder and Fenugreek leaves crushed with palm for more fragrance.
  10. Now dash it with fresh cream, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot hot Parathas.
