  1. In a heat pan put oil, add cumin seeds, crackle it.
  2. Add clove & cardamoms.
  3. Add onion Fry it pink,add ginger garlic, saute it.
  4. Add dry spices, sprinkle some water.Fry it 1 miniute.
  5. Add tomato griended capsicum,Fry it 2 miniutes.
  6. Add all vegies,Fry it 2 miniutes.
  7. Add kaju,magaz paste,cook it 1 miniute.
  8. Now add khoya,& curd mix it well.flame should be slow.
  9. Add salt,& some water.lid it 5 miniutes.
  10. Now remove it from the flame.add malai & mix it well.
  11. Serve it in a plate, garnish it with coriander leaf.

  13. It will go with paranthe very well,& served any time.
