Instructions to make Mutter paneer masala:
  1. First cut paneer in cubes
  2. Heat the oil in a pan fry the paneer till light golden brown
  3. Then using same kadai or pan add pour onion, garlic, tomato, cashew fry till tomato get soft and pulpy then remove from the kadai then cool it down
  4. Then take a mixie jar add all mixture of fry tomatoes, onion garlic, ginger green chillies to make a smooth paste
  5. Then using same kadai or pan add little extra oil then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add green cardamom,cloves and bay leaves saute for 30 sec
  6. Then add paste along with green peas,turmeric,red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and salt then fry till oil get separated from masala
  7. Then add add water how much you want thick gravy when water come to boil add fried paneer then cook for 5-6 mins again
  8. U can use boiled green peas also
  9. Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves
