Get 1/2 cup white or green peas (before soaking)
Get 1 boiled potato

Prepare Pani puris as required
Get Date tamarind chutney as required
Take Mint coriander chutney as required
Get Chopped onion as required
Take Chopped tomato as required
Take Sev as required
Steps to make Mutter masala puri:
Soak white peas or green peas (dry) in water for 4-5 hours and then cook in pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles.
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cloves and cinnamon pieces. When mustard seeds crackles add asafoetida, garlic cloves, green chillies and chopped onion. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped tomato and saute until tomato softens. Let the mixture cool down and then grind in mixer grinder and make smooth paste.
In a pan heat oil. Add prepared paste and saute for sometimes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add boiled peas and mashed boiled potato. mix well. Add salt to taste. Add enough water if required. Cook for 4-5 minutes or till get desired consistency. Ragda is ready.
Assembling:- in a plate put 5-6 crushed Pani puris. Pour prepared peas ragada over it. Apply date tamarind chutney and mint coriander chutney. Spread chopped onion and tomato. Spread sev and enjoy.
