Prepare 250 gm Paneer
Get 1 bowl mutter/peas
Get 2 onions crushed
Get 2 tomatoes crushed
Prepare 1 green chilli crushed

Prepare 4 garlic cloves crushed
Get 1/2 onion finely chopped
Take 1/2 tomato finely chopped
Make ready 1 green chilli finely chopped
Make ready as needed coriander leaves finely chopped
Prepare 1 tsp oil for tadaka
Get 1 tsp butter for 1st time tadaka
Prepare 1 tsp butter for 2nd time tadaka
Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
Get to taste Salt
Take 2 tsp coriander powder
Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1 tsp kitchen king masala
Make ready 1 tsp achar masala
Get as needed Water for gravy
Take 1 bowl Water for paneer marinate
Take 1 tsp Salt for paneer marination
Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric for paneer marination
Steps to make Achari Paneer Muter:
In a bowl take water, add salt and haldi powder and mix well. Now add paneer pieces in cube shape and size to it and let it marinate for 15 / 20 minutes.
Now in deep pan put 1 tspoon oil,to it add 1 tspoon butter too.
Let it heat a little,now add onion and garlic mix crushed puree to it. Saute it till it leaves aroma and colour changes to dark pink.
Once the gravy is nicely cooked,add tomato puree to it. Saute the puree till it's water content evaporates.
Now add salt,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhaniya powder,kitchen king masala and mix well and let it cook till it leaves the pan edges.
Now separately in another small tadaka pan,add 1 tspoon butter,let it heat little then add finely chopped onions and fry till pink,now add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Saute for 1 minute max and add it to the main gravy.
Now mix everything and saute little,then add paneer and mutter to the gravy. Mix well.
Let all the masalas nicely coat them and cook for 3/4 minutes. Now add water as required and let it cook on medium flame. Inbetween keep stiring.
Once the sabji is done,place in serving bowl and garnish it with handful of dhaniya patta.
Now in small tadaka pan add 1 tspoon butter and once little hot add achar masala and immediately switch off the fĺame.
Now add achari tadaka to the Paneer sabji.
Serve Achari Paneer Mutter with hot parathas.
