Prepare 250 gm mutter
Prepare 1 boiled aloo
Get 3 green chilli + 1 inch adark (make a paste)

Get 1 tbsp dhaniya powder
Take 1/2 tsp garammasala
Get 1/2 tsp amchoor powder

Take 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
Make ready 1 tsp kasoori methi
Instructions to make Mutter paratha:
Heat a oil add jeera & hing then add mutter saute 1min add bolied aloo mix it well
Add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garammasala, mix it all & saute 2 min
Add kasoori methi & Coriander leaves & saute then add salt saute
Saute until the water evaporates completely
Grind the mutter mixture into crystalline paste
Take a bowl add wehat flour add haldi powder, jeera powder 2 tbsp oil & kend it & rest 10 min
Stuff the mixture in the dough & make a roti
Heat a pan put partha filp it over as one side is done add some butter on top
Take it of from the flame put in a plate to serve with curd, ketchup, achar
