Get 1 serving spoon oil for tadka
Take Salt as per taste
Prepare 3 tsp Fresh coriander
Get Ingredients for mutter rice
Take 100 gm Grren peas
Get 3 cup rice
Prepare Salt as per taste
Prepare 2 tsp ghee
Take Ingredients for jeera alu
Prepare 4 boil poteto
Take 2-3 tsp oil
Get 1 tea spoon jeera
Make ready 1/2 tea spoon hing
Make ready 1 tspt red chilly powder
Take 1 tsp coriander powder
Get 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
Take Salt as per taste
Instructions to make Chole With mutter chawal & jeera alu:
First we have to soak chole in normal water for 6-7 hours
Now take a pressure cooker,add this soaked chole,1tsp salt and water into it. Also add 2tea bags to it. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or till the chickpeas are completely cooked. Once boile check if the color of the chickpeas is turned to brown. If yes,you can remove the tea bags.
Meanwhile,cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Make sure to cut ginger in long pieces. We will use these to make gravy.
Add onion,tometo,garlic, black paper,1-2 tej patta,daal chini and cloves to a mixer grinder and grind the ingredients. Now add 1 serving spoon curd to it and geind the mixture again. Keeo the mixture aside
Now in a frying pan add oil,jeera,hing,ginger. Saute it well on low flame
Now add tej patta and saute it well again
Now add the onion tometo gravy to it and saute it well for 5-10minutes. Then add red chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder,dry mango powder,turmeric powder and saute it well till the color of the gravy changes oroil starts floating onthe top. Once that happens,grevy is ready
Once the gravy is ready,add 1serving spoon of curd and cashews. Saute the mixture well
Now add the boiled chickpeas. Add little water as well. Keep mixing it well
Let the chickpeas cook either in the pan on medium flame or tranfer the contents to pressure cooker and pressure cook it for 2whistle more.
Pressure cooked the chickpeas. Now ready to eat. Keep it aside
U can tranfer the curry to a hotcase to serve hot
Soak basmati rice in water for 30minutes add some green peas
Boiling water in the pan then add rice n peas And salt 1tsp add half lemon juice in too
After 10-15minutes u check rice cooked well
Stiring extra Water in to rice
Now ready peas rice you can add 2tsp ghee (optional)
For jeera alu boil poteto cut in 2pieces
Heat the pan add oil jeera and hing
Add poteto pieces & all masala like red chilly powder, turmeric powder,dry mango powder,coriander powder salt as per taste
Mix well in to slow flame add some fresh coriander leaves
Now ready jeera alu
