Take 100 grams boiled potatoes
Make ready 1 tbsp chaat masala
Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
Take 5 grams finely chopped coriander leaves

Prepare 10 gram Mutter bean
Get 15 gram bread crumbs
Prepare 10 ml corn starch
Get 4-5 tbsp oil for shallow fry

Steps to make Vegetable Aloo Tikki Burger:
For making aloo tikki: first take 100 grams of potato remove cover and boil for 10 min.
Now cool as room temperature and scrambled it now add 10 grams of boiled mutter beans add garam mashala,chaat mashala,pinch of salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix it well and mold it as a Tikki size
Now make a corn starch and water mixture mixture pour the Tiki in the mixture then put in the bread crumbs and cover the Tikki properly.
Now take one pan add 4 to 5 t spoon of oil and shallow fry the Tikki properly both side.
Now take burger bun Slice it and Grease it with butter pour mustard sauce,put onion, cucumber and Tomato slice, put cabbage piece, capsicums piece add tomato sauce, cream cheese and herbs mayonnaise put the Tikki and cover with remain slice of bun with pouring mustard sauce and Tomato sauce.cheese slice Sprinkle organo,chilli flakes and basil flakes and chaat masala.
