  3. In a pan hit on the Flem add butter add choup pyaz then add all veg and saute them now transfer to plate cool and add grated cheese and paneer mix it add salt Garam masala Coriander and mix well
  4. Now make pAratha from daugh and put stuff in and again roll-out pAratha put on Tara for cellow fry with butter or ghee
  5. So Ready for serve transf aur to plate serve with green chatny curd or mango achar
