- next add 1/4 chorizo and mix, let the chorizo cook until dark red about 5min
- next add diced hot dog links and diced ham mix with the rest of the ingredients after about 3 minutes remove from heat, set aside
- beat the eggs
- then add cheese and set back in iven until melted
- lightly grease a baking dish and add sauteed mix then add beaten eggs and set in oven for 15-20 minutes or golden brown
